Coolther® Air Cold Pro · CTS-V4
Cold & Compression Therapy, Thoughtfully Designed for Caregivers.
See the ice. Check with ease. Help preserve moments of rest.
Coolther® Air Cold Pro combines circulating cold therapy and pneumatic compression with features designed for caregiver-assisted recovery. Its transparent reservoir allows caregivers to check the ice supply without opening the lid.
A smart night light activates automatically after therapy mode selection, turns off after approximately one hour, and can also be operated manually—making the reservoir easier to view in low-light conditions without turning on the main room lights.
An intuitive touchscreen, five selectable therapy modes, closed-loop pressure control and automatic pad drainage complete a practical system for professional and home recovery settings where caregiver support is helpful.
Transparent reservoir — check the ice without opening the lid
Transparent Reservoir
Check the ice supply during therapy without lifting the lid—even while the patient is resting.
Smart Night Light
Activates after mode selection and switches off after approximately one hour. Manual on/off included.
Touchscreen Control
Therapy mode, treatment time and compression settings visible at a glance.
Key Feature 01
See the Ice Without Opening the Lid.
The clear reservoir lets caregivers visually check the ice supply during therapy without lifting the lid. It is especially useful when the person receiving therapy is resting or cannot easily check the unit independently.

Key Feature 02
A Gentler Way to Check at Night.
The integrated night light turns on automatically after a therapy mode is selected and switches off after approximately one hour. Caregivers can also turn the light on or off manually. The light makes it easier to check the ice and water in low-light conditions without switching on the main room lights, helping minimize unnecessary disturbance to the patient’s rest.
Key Feature 03
Clear Settings. Easier Caregiver Assistance.
The touchscreen provides access to therapy mode, treatment time and compression settings, with operating status visible on the interface. Caregivers can review the selected settings at a glance and assist with operation as directed.

Key Feature 04
Five Selectable Therapy Modes.
Flexible options in one system. Select cold therapy alone; cold therapy with 25 or 50 mmHg pneumatic compression; or compression alone at 25 or 50 mmHg. Treatment selection should follow the instructions for use and appropriate clinical guidance.
Cold Only
Circulating cold therapy; no pneumatic compression.
Ice-water circulation
No pneumatic compression in this mode.
Select modes, time and compression on the touchscreen as directed.
Cold + 25 mmHg
Cold therapy with 25 mmHg pneumatic compression.
Illustrative pressure curve for the 25 mmHg setting; therapy follows the instructions for use.
Cold + 50 mmHg
Cold therapy with 50 mmHg pneumatic compression.
Illustrative pressure curve for the 50 mmHg setting; therapy follows the instructions for use.
25 mmHg Only
Pneumatic compression; no cold circulation.
Illustrative pressure curve for the 25 mmHg setting; therapy follows the instructions for use.
50 mmHg Only
Pneumatic compression; no cold circulation.
Illustrative pressure curve for the 50 mmHg setting; therapy follows the instructions for use.
Key Feature 05
Measured Feedback for Selected Pressure Settings.
Pressure feedback is used to regulate pneumatic compression toward the selected 25 or 50 mmHg setting. Air Cold Pro shares its core cold and compression functionality with Air Cold Core; the caregiver-focused design is its principal distinction.
Key Feature 06
A Simpler End-of-Treatment Routine.
Automatic pad drainage returns water from the therapy pad to the reservoir, helping simplify handling and storage after therapy. Whether used in a rehabilitation facility, DME program, or home recovery environment, automatic pad drainage supports a more convenient end-of-treatment workflow.

Key Feature 07
Shared Accessories Across Air Cold Core and Air Cold Pro.
Air Cold Pro uses the same therapy pads, connectors and removable protective barriers as Air Cold Core. The protective barrier is single-use, while each therapy pad is intended for single-patient use only. Follow the applicable instructions for use.

Use Environments
Designed for Caregiver-Assisted Recovery.
Thoughtful visibility for the people providing care.

Home Recovery with Caregiver Support
The transparent reservoir makes it easier for family members or caregivers to check the ice supply while assisting someone recovering at home.

Nighttime Recovery
The smart night light supports quick visual checks in low-light conditions. It activates after mode selection, switches off automatically after approximately one hour, and can be turned on or off manually.

Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Settings
Professional cold and compression functions remain available for clinician-directed recovery programs and DME support.

Patients Needing Assistance
Particularly relevant where the user benefits from help operating equipment or checking the ice supply. Use in pediatric or other special populations must follow approved indications and professional guidance.
Workflow
How It Works.
Fill the reservoir with ice and water as directed in the IFU, then connect the compatible therapy pad.
Apply the therapy pad and single-use protective barrier according to the applicable instructions.
Use the touchscreen to select the prescribed mode, treatment time and compression setting.
During therapy, caregivers can visually check the ice supply through the reservoir; use the automatically activated night light or switch it on or off manually as needed.
At the end of therapy, use automatic pad drainage as directed before disconnecting and storing the pad.
